In The Montanera are experts in Iberia. Twenty years selecting, hitting and error, now we can guarantee success in product selection. Our path led us to meet the best manufacturers, those who pamper their product, they prioritize the right way to produce it and treat them with the affection they need. Qualities, all of these, which are transmitted to the product: authentic, complete and care.

We only select products of Appellations of Origin, tested and labeled by them. We work with the 4 existing names: Guijuelo, La Dehesa de Extremadura, cured ham from Huelva and Pedroches. Our products are not simply marks attached to the designation of origin, but each of them select the best Iberian hams, numbered by the denomination and therefore guaranteed by it. Only numbered pieces by the very name can give full guarantee.

We like to call things by their name. If one of our products or offers concerning ham, you have the safety and security that will be sent a real nut, not any other product.
